About the Artist
Presa Hall is a Los Angeles-based artist whose practice spans painting, muralism, music, and storytelling. Over two decades, she has created large-scale works for Bvlgari, Diageo, Renaissance Marriott, and Omni Hotels, from New York's Lower East Side to the Coachella Valley, while building a body of fine art rooted in the same questions that drive all of her work: what does it mean to witness a life, a loss, a moment of resilience?
Her paintings and murals are figurative and symbolic, layered with personal meaning and rendered at scales that demand to be felt. Her music grows from the same place, original songs that carry the same emotional directness as her visual work. For Presa, these are not separate practices. They are the same story told in different languages. New music is coming.
She accepts a limited number of commissions each year, selected personally based on the vision, the space, and the potential for the work to matter.
Artist Statement:
I paint what I don't want forgotten. People, places, grief, courage, the things that pass through a life and leave a mark. My work is an act of witness as much as it is an act of making. Whether on canvas or on a wall that spans 90 feet, the question is always the same: what is true here, and how do I make you feel it?
